Recipe: Hot Chocolate

I am one who loves my bedtime hot chocolate and now with the introduction of Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Melts to the Well Naturally portfolio there is a better-for-me option.

Well Naturally Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Melts are made from 70% cocoa and naturally sweetened with plant based sweetener stevia. Stevia has zero calories and no impact on blood sugar levels.

  • 2 cups milk
  • 45g dark chocolate melts
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • Sugar free marshmallows


In a small saucepan heat the milk on a medium heat. Be careful not to bring it to a boil.

When the milk starts to bubble around the edges of the saucepan, reduce the heat a little and add in the chocolate melts.

Stir constantly, ensuring that the chocolate melts into the milk.

Add the stevia and continue to stir for 3-5 minutes.

Once the chocolate has melted, pour the hot chocolate into serving mugs and top with marshmallows.
