Glow Berry  Cinnamon Smoothie

Australian Organic Awareness Month Ambassador Carla Oates is well known and praised for her delicious yet nutritious creations. Affectionately known as the ‘beauty chef’, Carla’s many recipes are packed full of ingredients that help you glow from the inside out.

This smoothie is a sweet and simple delight. It takes minutes to whip up and contains antioxidant-rich blueberries and chia seeds which are a source of omega 3 and protein. Carla suggests using almond milk in the mix for its vitamin E content.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups frozen blueberries

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 banana

2 tsps The Beauty Chef GLOW Inner Beauty Powder

2 tsps chia seeds (ideally soaked overnight or for at least one hr)

2 cups almond milk

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together well in a blender and serve.
