I’ve been using primers for about 3 years now under make-up and come across a few good ones and not so good. I find Dermalogica’s SkinPerfect primer to work well. It does fill fine lines, smooth skin texture and it has a velvety feel to it. When used under make-up it helps foundation last longer and I like to use this one on my eyelids before eye make-up application.
I like that it has included sunscreen and I’ve been wearing it alone on my make-up off days.
The downside for me with this primer is that it gives me pimples, I follow a great skincare routine and up until using this primer my skin has been pimple free. It is also the most expensive primer I’ve used so will probably not purchase again. I will continue to use it til the tube runs out but not daily, this will be my primer for when using a lot of makeup and need a flawless start or if I’m heading out quickly and just want a nice even skintone.
