Here is a yummy drink that will be refreshing for summer and will fit nicely with all of your Australian Christmas celebrations.
This features the Barker’s of Geraldine Orange & Barley with Passionfruit Fruit Syrup, and as the recipe suggests you can make an alcoholic version for the grown ups.
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Barker’s of Geraldine Orange & Barley with Passionfruit Fruit Syrup
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 400 g can pineapple segments in juice (or use fresh pineapple)
- 1 cup iced water
- 2 cups crushed ice
Method:
Simply blend everything together in a blender, and serve.
Tips and serving suggestions:
Replace the pineapple with mangoes
For the adults, turn this delicious drink into a cocktail but adding ½ cup of vodka
