Iconic and multi-award winning drama FORREST GUMP celebrates it’s 20th Anniversary in 2014. Tom Hanks gave an Academy Award winning (Best Actor) performance in his portrayal of the very special Forrest, a role that he will always be remembered for. The movie won 5 other Academy Awards and is still extremely popular today.
To celebrate the anniversary commuters in Sydney were surprised by re-creations of the iconic bus-stop scene on Thursday September 4 when they stumbled across Forrest and his pearls of wisdom at bus-stops across the city, armed with his ‘box of chocolates’.
Forrest was charming those he met with his classic one-liners. If you happened to sit down by him at a bus-stop which line would you hope he had for you?
