Powder Eyebrow Pencil with Brush and Sharpener

While this glides on easily and the consistency is a little waxlike, it finishes as a powder for a natural browline with the definition you may otherwise be lacking.
My tip would be not to choose a shade that is too dark especially if you want a natural look, there are five to choose from with Blonde, Brown, Chestnut, Sand and Black.
