The Keratin Earth Hair Smoothing and Straightening System is an at home treatment which transform frizzy, curly hair into a straighter, smoother version.

The treatment is a four step process which includes Shampoo, Straightening Therapy, Nourishing Masque and Protein Conditioner – followed by a hair straightener. You do need to dedicate some time to the process as it does involve some rinsing between steps, a quick blowdry and the careful straightening at the end.
These products are suitable for all hair types, personally I have parts of my hair dyed blonde (from brunette) and there was no negative effect to my hair colour. You can use Keratin Earth once a month, and the results can last beween 1 and 3 months – mine has been around 2 weeks so far and still going strong.
The kit contains up to 3 applications so that could be anywhere between 3 months and 9 months of smoothness, depending on how your hair responds. After the treatment process your hair can be washed immediately, you don’t need to sit in product for days afterwards.
For me, the result wasn’t super straight hair – but my hair is extremely curly naturally so a reduced styling time and less frizziness does make getting ready much easier. A quick run over with a straightener and my hair is done!
